Pastor R. Janae Pitts, a native of Detroit, Michigan, was reared at New Bethel Baptist Church under the pastorate of Rev. Robert Smith, Jr. It was at New Bethel that Rev. Janae was trained in Youth Ministry and Music Ministry providing leadership at the age of 15. She was ordained into the preaching ministry at New Bethel Baptist Church under the pastorate of Rev. Robert Smith, Jr.

Still a young woman, Rev. Janae has achieved much educationally. She graduated from Detroit Country Day School in 1994. She then matriculated and graduated from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies in 1998. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Rev. Janae continued to Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she received her Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management in 2000. Immediately after graduation, Rev. Janae relocated to Washington, D.C. where she worked as a U.S. Presidential Management Intern. Rev. Janae was employed at The Pentagon as a U.S. Presidential Management Intern during the September 11, 2001 attacks, but just as so many others have a testimony to God's goodness, so does Rev. Janae . God orchestrated for her to be away from The Pentagon on that dreadful day and forego the turmoil that so many of her coworkers experienced.

Rev. Janae relocated to the Detroit area in August 2002. She recently served as Minister of Children & Youth at Triumph Church, an explosive ministry under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Solomon Kinloch, Jr. She also served as Associate Minister at her home church, the historic New Bethel Baptist Church. As Minister of Children and Youth at Triumph Church, Rev. Janae had responsibility for nearly 1,000 youth ages 18 and under. She had the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating all functions and activities of the Children and Youth Ministry. The ministry components include, but are not limited to, a Youth Prayer Team, Tutorial Program, Rites of Passage Ministry, Lil' Kingdom Builders Ministry, and Scholarship Ministry. Rev. Janae had the privilege of interacting on a regular basis with youth to develop and implement relevant programming that affected them educationally, socially and spiritually.

Rev. Janae relinquished her Youth Ministry and Music Ministry responsibilities at Triumph Church to give more focus and attention to her developing preaching ministry and theological scholarship. In little more than three years, God has opened doors for Rev. Janae to preach the gospel across the nation. She has been privileged to accept invitations to minister for noted pastors such as Rev. Jasper Williams, Jr. of Salem Bible Church in Atlanta, Georgia; Rev. Dr. Frederick Haynes, III of Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, TX; Rev. Jeffrey Johnson of Eastern Star Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN; and Rev. Dr. Howard-John Wesley of St. John's Congregational Church in Springfield, MA. Rev. Janae has also been featured in the fall 2007 issue of The African American Pulpit, a quarterly journal that serves as a repository for the very best of African American preaching and provides practical and creative resources for persons in ministry.

In addition to service in her local church, Rev. Janae has served at the district, state, and national ecclesial levels. She served as the Youth Craze Director and Course Instructor for the Michigan District Baptist Association & Congress of Christian Education, Music Director and Course Instructor for the B.M.& E. State Convention Youth Auxiliary; Music Director and Youth Leader for Detroit Urban Young Life, Inc.; and has served as Choir Director for the National Inspirational Youth Convention; Music Director for the University of Michigan Gospel Chorale; Assistant Director for the Carnegie Mellon United Voices; and Music Director for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference Michigan Youth Mass Choir.

Rev. Janae has accepted her full-time calling into the preaching ministry and has completed a Master of Divinity degree at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. She currently serves as Associate Pastor of Transformational Life at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church under Pastor Frank A. Thomas giving leadership to ministries that directly affect the spiritual maturity of Christians. She continues to preach and teach throughout the nation for individuals seeking to grow closer to God. Her motto: "Excellence Honors God and Anything Less is Unacceptable."

Evangelist Samantha Ajagu is the Director of Joshua Tree International and also the founder of Chisome Designs. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama to the union of Amos and the late Bernice Toliver. She is married to Elder Harry Ajagu and has three beautiful children the oldest being Samantha Grace, Chisome Bernice and Harry Obinna Kingsley which is the youngest, and they have proven to be the greatest joy in her life. Samantha was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the early Age of nine years old, at Bible way C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of the late Reverend Davis. This was truly a pivotal point in her Life, it was at that point she was made aware of the Holy Sprit and it has kept her in perfect peace thru all the adversities of life. Samantha received many life accomplishments due to her very outgoing personality and great love with passion for helps to many. At Faith Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C under leadership of Bishop Lucas, Samantha learned the great importance of prayer and intercession, it was life changing.

Receiving revelation from God she began to clearly understanding Her life’s mission in the world. Forming outreach organizations while gathering the youth and training them up in the way that they should go, teaching them the importance of outreach and loving their neighbors as themselves, going to nursing homes and shelters with gift bags and letters of appreciation while offering spiritual encouragement also visiting veterans hospitals are all apart of the mission God has for her. She is an Ordained Evangelist and licensed as a Missionary operating in the five fold ministry gifts. Her passion grew yet stronger and she committed herself to the ministry of helps being a sincere disciple of Jesus Christ. Her church home and spiritual covering is the Abundant Life Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C under the leadership of Pastor Anthony E. Houston and Evangelist Irene Houston. She stands on Romans 8:28 AND WE KNOW that all things work together for good to them who love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Evangelist Karen L. Donald has dedicated her life to helping others through inspirational and motivational workshops.  Breaking the Chains, Season for Healing, along with motivation for Corporations and Families.

“Everyday is a second chance at life!” This is the personal testimony and mantra that is so often and eloquently spoken by Karen L. Donald. As a result, Karen stands boldly today as a beacon of triumph and victory. However, the road that this powerful woman has traveled to get to this point would make the average person cringe as if viewing a horror movie.

You see, there were countless opportunities for Karen to fail miserably and become another statistic of a lost generation. She endured rape, molestation, and mental oppression from community leaders and members of clergy. This, in turn, caused her to internalize the pain associated with the theft of her innocence. Karen’s personal battles led to drug and alcohol abuse, depression, abandonment, and the carousel ride of one toxic and destructive relationship after another.

After years of this intense mental anguish, Karen decided one day that it was best for her to end it all. Obviously confused, distraught, frazzled, and weary, she sat, teary-eyed, with the barrel of a loaded handgun in her mouth. By now, this mother of twins had reached her breaking point. Between the moment she prayed that the Lord would send her children to a good home and pulling the trigger of the gun in her mouth—“God showed up and revealed His love” to Karen. A miracle had happened as she awakened the next day. Although Karen found herself lying next to the intended murder weapon, she had been given “a second chance at life” and freedom through a new relationship with Jesus Christ.

Today, Karen is an anointed minister and evangelist at Great Faith Ministries International in Detroit, Michigan, serving faithfully under her spiritual parents, Bishop Wayne and Pastor Beverly Jackson.

Karen fulfills her life purpose through Restoration of Life Conferences: Healing for the Heart, Mind, and Spirit, which she founded in 2001. In these conferences and workshops, Karen ministers inner healing and deliverance under the leading of the Holy Spirit. Her God-given gifting involves the word of knowledge and prophecy along with the gifts of healing. The success of these conferences and her inner healing workshops led to the birth of Karen Donald Ministries (KDM) in 2005. Through KDM, Karen has been mandated by God to take her gift of inner healing and prophecy to the farthest points of the world.
